Cars

Cars are one of the many things that I have a very hard time drawing...even when looking at reference material. I generally have to look at a drawing to get even close, rather than drawing from life (which is my preference for most other stuff). Sadly I think that designing cars would be one of the coolest jobs ever...shame I couldn't do it.

Starship Troopers

Not the same crap from the piss poor Paul Verhoeven movie. I've always been a bit bitter about that movie, then I read that Verhoeven didn't even finish reading the book. Why did he get granted a license for material he didn't give a crap about? Anyway, here are some doodles of the power suits and I imagine them.

I'm currently in the middle of building a third version of a power hammer...my wife considers it an obsession. Anyway...not much time to draw as of late is the point. Here is something I doodled out with copic markers on marker paper.

These are doodles that come to me just before bed at night usually. They are shapes that I dream about and hope to one day sculpt in metal...though they are bit beyond my skill level currently...and budget sadly.
